Welcome to First Seafood, your dedicated seafood partner! We are a dynamically growing company specializing in the production of custom seafood products, ensuring the highest quality, best service and logistics to meet our customers’ needs. We supply fresh and frozen seafood from Norway globally.
Location
Our sales offices are based in Bergen and Oslo and brand new production facilities in Kongsvinger and Bergen.
History and Background
Founded in 2014, First Seafood was offering fresh and frozen seafood products to the HORECA segment and export markets. In 2016 First Seafood became a part of Insula Group and in September 2022 a brand new fully owned salmon fillet facility in Kongsvinger started its operations.
First Seafood owns a part of operations in a factory in Ålesund and building another brand new filet facility in Bergen (ready in spring 2024).

Production Capabilities
Our factory in Kongsvinger is capable of producing large volumes of high-quality salmon products, ensuring a consistent supply. New salmon facility in Bergen is in progress and will be doubling our production capacity.

With our strength in purchasing, production, sales and logistics, we distribute our products from Norway to customers all over the world.
